What type of service does Essential Needs provide? As a provider agency, we provide both Case Management and Personal Attendant Services. If you have us as your homemaker agency, our RN helps to craft your plan of care, and we assign a direct care worker to provide you with assistance according to that plan of care. If there's someone you want to be your caregiver, such as a relative* or friend, we're more than happy to hire them to be your care worker. On the other hand, if you have us for your case management, our case managers will make sure you're receiving the services you are entitled to and will strive to make sure your needs are met. *Spouses are unable to be the care worker for a client.
